Are prefabricated homes less expensive than other homes?

Often, but not always.  We frequently see cost savings of 10-25% vs traditional build cost but it varies based on geographic location and finish level of the home.

We believe there are other intrinsic qualities to our home that add value without adding cost such as green-ness, the speed of construction, and the quality of design.
