If hybridCore Homes are built in a factory, are they considered manufactured or mobile homes?

Not at all! Unlike manufactured or mobile homes which are permitted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hybridCore Homes are built entirely to the IBC.  The International Building Code is the same governing codes that are used with traditional stick built construction.  We use the same materials and techniques an on site builder would use, but gain all of the efficiencies of factory production.
