What if I only want to upgrade certain parts of my home?

Our homebuilding facilities have numerous upgrades that satisfy most buyers.  Our upgrade program runs like the automobile industry.  Much the same way you can upgrade your engine, your seats, and entertainment system, you can upgrade your countertops, cabinets and appliances.  They are upgraded on an a la carte basis and are chosen room by room.
